The furnace lining is made of needled fiber module, the furnace tank is made of 309S stainless steel, the heating element is made of high temperature resistance belt, which is directly hung on the furnace wall, the electric heating element is fully exposed, the thermal efficiency of the direct radiation furnace tank is high, the furnace cover is sealed with silicon glue, the water circulation protection, the vacuum extraction pipe and valve, the vacuum degree measuring device, and Vent valve, safety valve, etc.
