Furnace body: including barrel shell, furnace lining, furnace cover assembly, furnace cover opening and closing mechanism, etc.
The furnace shell is made of A3F steel plate and reinforced by section steel for welding to ensure sufficient strength, rigidity and air tightness. The furnace lining is all ceramic fiber structure, with fast temperature rise, saving more than 30% energy compared with the traditional structure. The high temperature resistant heating element is adopted, which is arranged along the inner wall, so that the temperature of the furnace rises quickly, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the service life of the heating element is long.
The sealing structure of furnace cover and furnace body is sand sealing. The structure is simple and reliable, the sealing effect is good, and the heat loss of electric furnace can be greatly reduced. The furnace cover adopts hydraulic lifting (or mechanical lifting), which is controlled by the operator by inching. In order to ensure the safety of operators, an interlock switch for opening and closing the furnace cover is provided. When the furnace cover is opened, the electric heating power supply is automatically disconnected.
