LY-2012CCD Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine
LY-2012CCD is the updated version of LY-2012, is mainly used for producing high-accuracy, high-quality, high-requirement luxury boxes. For example, upscale mobile phone box (Apple iPhone box, cardboard notching rigid box), jewelry boxes, watch boxes, etc.
Features
- Combines the Japanese cameras & robot arm to achieve the the positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm;
- Intelligent adjusting machine, equiped with the memoryl function, which can recall previously produced box parameters for producing, reducing the time for adjustment, fast transfer and high efficient;
- Folding-in depth up to 110mm;
- Suitable to make ear-to-ear, ear-cross-ear folding boxes, and the box with some irregular shape, like high-low boxes;
- Combines the high-technology of Japanese servo control system;
- Optional device: Glue viscosity tester, Splicing board box making machine, Notched cardboard glue spraying machine, automatic bubble pressing machine.
