LY-HB1200CM Intelligent High Speed Rigid Box Making Line
LY-HB1200CM is our latest intelligent high speed rigid box production line with IOT function (real time monitoring of operating status, parameters information, air & power consumption)
The line not only adopts PLC, touch screen HMI control system, visual positioning system to realize automatic paper feeding, gluing, greyboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box holding, wrapping, ears folding and folding-in, but also uses servo motors for feeder, gluing roller and conveyor belt to realize stepless speed change with high precision and it’s easy to adjust;The line adopts intelligent operation system and the job change-over time is just 10-15min; The positioning system is equipped with Japanese industrial camera and YAMAHA robot arm and the accuracy is ±0.05mm and it gets larger range for folding-in depth and ear folding size.
It's suitable for the production of various rigid boxes such as jewelry boxes, mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetics boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes and etc.
