This machine adopts PLC and automatic control system which is more humanized and convenient.It can produce rigid box in high production rate, which is twice faster than normal. Moreover, it can also produce rigid box stable and high production efficiency.It is suitable for making rigid boxes, like phone box, cosmetic box, jewelry box, wine box, moon cake box, tea box, etc.
Features:
- Production rate 40pcs/min, which is twice faster than the normal model.
- Adopt visual positioning system (with robot arm), high positioning accuracy (±0.1mm).
- Maximum turn-in depth is 90mm，and double folding production rate can reach up to 35pcs/min.
- Can be used to make the boxes with irregular shapes, such as asymmetric boxes, etc.
- Can be used to make ear-to-ear and ear-cross-ear folding boxes, such as jewelry box, watch box, mobile phone box, etc.
- Optional device：
Single head intelligent automatic rigid box making machine, splicing board box making machine, notching cardboard glue spraying machine, automatic bubble pressing machine.
