Gansu Jiugang &Tiancheng color Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a large-scale aluminum deep-processing project jointly invested by Jiuquan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Tiancheng Hongye Holdings Co., Ltd. It is a state-controlled mixed-ownership aluminum deep-processing enterprise. Project is located in Jiayuguan Jiabei Industrial Park, a 420 million investment, providing 3,000 jobs. The project started construction in May 2016 and the first casting rolling mill was put into operation in April 2017. Up to now, 60 casting and rolling production lines,3 cold rolling line have been put into production. Follow-up will be completed 10 cold-rolling lines and supporting finishing equipment,4 color-aluminum lines, 10 hydrophilic foil line, 16 aluminum foil production lines and supporting the construction of finishing equipment. After the completion of the project, it will be able to produce 600,000 tons of aluminum alloy products annually, of which 200,000 tons will be used for curtain wall panels and aluminum foil panels, 200,000 tons of coated strips and 200,000 tons of foil materials. The main products are PS plate, color-aluminum plate, Air-conditioning foil, medicine foil, battery foil, food packaging foil and other products. Major customers in over 30 countries and regions at home and abroad, including Gree, Midea, Haier, LG, Samsung, the United States Mosk, Alcan, Japan's Matsushita and other well-known domestic and foreign enterprises.
