LONGXI NORTHWEST ALUMINIUM FOIL CO., LTD. was established in June 2016, affiliated to CHINALCO ALUMINIUM FOIL CO., LTD. and its predecessor was foil plant of NORTHWEST ALUMINIUM FABRICATION FACTORY. The total area covered more than 300,000 square meters. The company started construction in March 2008 which was invested about 1.5 billion Yuan and was fully put into production in 2012. It specialized in aluminum foil production. Our company has complete production equipments and other power, inspection auxiliary equipments. All the equipments had international advanced level. The main equipments were four mills, one doubler, four separators, two grinders and twenty-six furnaces. The mills, doubler and separators were all imported from ACHENBACH of Germany. The grinders were imported from HERAKLES of Germany. The furnaces were from domestic supplier.
Since the establishment, the company had been adhering to the concept of bringing in the first - class facilities and the top-talented personnel in order to produce first level products and had signed management cooperation and technical supporting contracts with Almet international co., Ltd. The company was capable to produce various aluminum products with a thickness from 0.0050mm to 0.040mm that are all are all up to the international standards. The annual capacity of our company was 55000 ton. The products were widely used in capacitor, tobacco, household, battery, electric cable and beer.
The company had positively responded to the reform guidelines of the CHINALCO and vigorously promoted the structural readjustment and management reform. It stepped up efforts to the development of new products with a new management orientation which features alloying, specialization, and seriation and has obtained the recognition and trust from the customers by products with high quality and short delivery date.
